To enroll in our courses and use our Services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, you must be their legal guardian and accept full responsibility for their use of our Services.

3.1 Course Registration

Course enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and our written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our sole discretion.

3.2 Access Credentials

Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access credentials to our learning platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

3.3 Course Duration and Access

• Indian Stock Market Mastery: 8 weeks active course + 6 months platform access
• Forex Trading Professional: 6 weeks active course + 3 months platform access
• Cryptocurrency Trading: 5 weeks active course + 3 months platform access

3.4 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices to access our online platform.

4.1 Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee with the following refund policy:

• Within 7 days of enrollment: 100% refund if no course materials have been accessed
• 8-14 days after enrollment: 50% refund if less than 25% of course content has been accessed
• After 14 days: No refunds available

4.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

All content is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Emotional distress or punitive damages

8.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services and shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.

Upon termination, your access to our Services will cease immediately. You must stop using all course materials and delete any downloaded content.
